The White Veld works closely with realtors across Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga to ensure every listing goes to market looking its absolute best. We understand your timelines, your clients, and what it takes to make an offer feel inevitable.
For occupied staging we typically need 3 to 5 business days notice. For vacant staging we ask for 5 to 7 business days to source and arrange furniture. For urgent listings, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
The 30-day rental includes all furniture, art, soft furnishings, lighting, and accessories. Delivery, installation, and removal are all included. If your property has not sold within 30 days, rental extensions are available in 2-week increments from $400 plus HST.
We work with both. Many of our bookings come directly from real estate agents on behalf of their seller clients. We are happy to liaise directly with the realtor, the homeowner, or both.
We are based in Oakville and primarily serve Oakville, Burlington, and Mississauga. We also take on select projects in Milton, Brampton, Hamilton, and other parts of the Greater Toronto Area.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation prior to work commencing. We accept e-transfer to kyle@thewhiteveld.ca. All prices are plus HST at 13%.
Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled date receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 5 business days are non-refundable. We will always try to reschedule where possible.
