A complete furniture and styling installation for unoccupied properties. We bring everything: curated furniture, art, lighting, soft furnishings, and accessories, selected and arranged specifically for the property and its target buyer. Vacant staging transforms an empty space into a home that buyers can emotionally connect with, dramatically increasing perceived value and time to offer. For luxury properties, vacant staging is not optional. It is expected.

Review and sign the service agreement. A 50% deposit secures your date. We begin planning the staging design immediately.

On your scheduled day, we arrive and transform the property. We work efficiently and are photography-ready by the time we leave.

Your listing goes live looking its absolute best. For vacant staging, we return to remove all items once the property has sold.
