The White Veld respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, and phone number you provide, along with any property and project details you choose to share. We collect this information only when you give it to us voluntarily through the form.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal if applicable, and maintain a working record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service you have inquired about.
Inquiry records are retained for two years from the date of last contact, then deleted. Project files for active and former clients are retained for seven years for tax and operational reasons, then deleted.
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing kyle@thewhiteveld.ca. We respond to requests within 30 days.
